Petar Krstic as CEO and Sven Flory as CCO have been appointed to spearhead the luxury brand’s expansion.
“Ultima Collection answers the needs of today’s affluent traveller, fulfilling the desire for shared experiences with friends and family, for ease and total privacy. We own and operate all of our properties, which gives us the opportunity to have total control over the quality and guest experience,” said Petar Krstic.
“Far from mass tourism, Ultima Collection offers unparalleled personalized experiences, combined with a precious balance of utter seclusion and shared experiences,” added Sven Flory.
Ultima Collection’s portfolio includes 48 residences, chalets, private villas and 5-star hotels spread across eleven destinations in Switzerland, France and Greece. The brand will soon add three new properties to its portfolio across Switzerland. Set to open in 2024 and 2025, Ultima Geneva Quai Wilson, Ultima Gstaad Promenade, and Ultima Cologny will further solidify the collection’s strong presence in the country.
Founded in 2016 with the launch of its first property, Ultima Gstaad, the brand’s vision is to disrupt commonplace notions of luxury in the hospitality sector for the next generation of travellers by creating unique experiences in exceptional destinations.
Each Ultima Collection property incorporates its own design inspired by and in harmony with the surrounding landscape, yet offers the signature amenities expected from a five-star palace in the intimacy of a private residence, as well as remarkable services and exceptional guest experiences on demand. Following ambitious developments in 2020, the collection now includes not only ski resorts, but beachside and urban retreats as well, with a portfolio of unique properties in Gstaad, Crans-Montana, Megève, Geneva, Corfu, Courchevel, and Cannes.
