Textron Aviation announced these results for the fourth quarter of 2020. Although moderate, the manufacturer is in turn suffering the effects of Covid-19 on its business.
Thus, revenues at Textron Aviation of $1.6 billion were down $169 million, primarily due to lower Citation jet volume and lower aftermarket volume.
Textron Aviation delivered 61 jets, down from 71 last year, and 61 commercial turboprops, up from 59 last year.
Segment profit was $108 million down from $134 million a year ago, primarily due to the impact from lower volume and mix.
Textron Aviation backlog at the end of the fourth quarter was $1.6 billion.
