The business aviation company IXAIR and the luxury real estate company BARNES are developing a joint brand, BARNES IXAIR, aimed at a high-end international clientele.
BARNES, a major player in international luxury real estate, has been developing for more than 20 years a global approach to the services it provides to its clientele: art consulting, family office, yachting, equestrian, hunting or wine estates, decoration, life annuity. The BARNES offer covers a range that extends well beyond real estate itself.
In November 2021, in response to growing demand from its French and international clients, BARNES is joining forces with IXAIR to create BARNES IXAIR, a new approach to private aviation.

IXAIR is a major player in business aviation in France, whether for business or private travel, based for 20 years at Paris-le-Bourget airport, which in 2019 notably enabled it to fly more than 3,500 passengers. Operating short, medium and long-haul jets with 4 to 15 seats, the company can provide any flight in France and worldwide. It relies on a fleet of aircraft dedicated to passenger transport and on a team of professionals used to customized solutions. IXAIR complies with the most rigorous international certifications; its crews and ground staff are all under French employment contracts.
