The Hong Kong-based Asian Sky Group (ASG) business aviation consultancy has successfully concluded the sale and delivery of a Gulfstream G450, between an Asian company and the Shenzhen Funian Aviation Aviation (Funian Aviation) buyer, a subsidiary of Fantasia Culture Tourism Management Co, Limited. The jet, which can carry up to 14 passengers, was delivered to Funian Aviation in Shenzhen, China on May 31st, 2018. This new G450 is the third plane in the Funian fleet. Two G450s are used for charter, while a G550 is used for the company’s own business needs.
“ASG is pleased to have completed this transaction between the seller and a very satisfied buyer at Funian Aviation,” Jeffrey Lowe, General Manager of ASG, told the press. “As always, ASG will continue its support after the delivery of the aircraft and will assist Funian for any upcoming charter needs.”
“With the acquisition of this aircraft, we now have two G450s available for charter, which is a great benefit for the company and our customers,” said Wang Jianning, general manager of Funian Aviation, before adding “In addition, given the growing demand for charter services in China, fleet expansion is coming at the best time and we are happy to serve this growing market. After a few years of development, the charter market in China finally enjoys a certain stability and transparency in terms of price, which was long expected. New customers, in particular, remain cost-sensitive, so that charter operators are required to offer more quality services to meet the ever-increasing demands. The addition of this G450 will help us deliver quality service more efficiently.”
