In a new décor this season and until August 31st, from 20:00 to 22:45 every day, Chef Rocco Seminara and his team will seduce their diner guests with a refined and innovative cuisine. Celebrating local products with a touch of fantasy and much virtuosity Chef Rocco dares associating langoustine with coco beans from the Hotel’s own garden across the street, black snapper and poutargue, or tender lamb and turnips.

For the sweet tooth, Pastry Chef Yann Odic’s delicate, fragrant and sometime spicy deserts are not to be dismissed. 

Launched last summer, the Byblos Beach is also open, offering luxurious services in a laid-back, relaxing atmosphere on Pampelonne beach.
