AMAC Aerospace AG has won additional land and will be able to further expand its services and capabilities to its existing and potential new clients from its Bodrum (BJV) facility. Through a process of tendering, AMAC Aerospace worked with the authorities to secure more land to house wide body hangars, various admin and technical support facilities; thus being conveniently situated at the apex between Europe and Asia. Work on the new facilities will start immediately. Plans have been made to house hangars, offices, refurbished aprons, infrastructure to working areas and technical shops in one location. Stemming from the intricate operations already established in Basel, clients can bring their assets and have all related working procedures carried out from a ‘one stop shop’.

Present capabilities cover both Airline and BizAv activities in maintenance.

The construction phase will take approximately 2 years to complete with full operations expected to start thereafter in 2026.
