Held just ahead of the busy winter season, November is one of the most idyllic times to experience St Barth – with sun-drenched days, warm turquoise waters, and a laid-back yet lively atmosphere that perfectly sets the tone for the return of the Gourmet Festival.
Now in its 12th edition, the festival continues to evolve, introducing a new wave of culinary innovation to the island. Leading this year’s highlights is the much-anticipated arrival of Bar des Prés, the Saint-Barthélemy outpost of iconic French chef Cyril Lignac.
Following acclaimed success in Paris, London, and Dubai, Bar des Prés Saint-Barth will officially open for the 2025 winter season, blending refined sushi craftsmanship with Caribbean elegance. Guests can expect delicate sashimi, the signature Crispy Galette with crab, passion-vanilla profiteroles, and a curated selection of vintage Japanese whiskies, all served with panoramic views over Gustavia Bay.

“Saint Barth is pure understated luxury – turquoise waters, a festive energy, a cosmopolitan clientele. Opening a restaurant here means cooking for the world, in a mythical and authentic dream setting,” shares Cyril Lignac.
Each year, the Gourmet Festival brings together epicurean travelers, jetsetters, and culinary tastemakers from around the world. Past editions have welcomed three-Michelin-star chefs and Relais & Châteaux talents, who have partnered with the island’s most renowned restaurants to offer exclusive pop-up dining experiences showcasing the best of French gastronomy.
This year’s celebration will take place from Monday 3rd to Friday 7th November 2025, transforming St Barth into a vibrant stage for world-class cuisine, where Michelin-starred chefs come together to celebrate fine dining in paradise.
