Luxaviation UK has added a Cessna Citation XLS+ to its fleet. The XLS+ (G-GAAL) is available for charter flights and will be based at London Luton Airport with a full-time crew. Accordingly, it will be available for last-minute charters. The most recently refurbished XLS+ on the charter market was delivered directly to the Cessna Citation Service center in Doncaster. George Galanopoulos, managing director of Luxaviation UK, said: “We are always looking for opportunities to add high quality aircraft to our fleet and the Citation XLS+ is a magnificent aircraft, able to reach all over Europe and North Africa from where it is based in the UK.”
The Citation XLS+ has room for eight passengers, including two crew, and has a maximum flying distance of 1,850 nm (3,430 km). As well as the Citation XLS+ and a recently-added Challenger 604, Luxaviation UK’s fleet also includes eight Embraer Legacy 600/650s, four Cessna Citation Excels and four Citation Mustangs. The Citation XLS+ joins the Luxaviation Group’s global fleet which includes over 270 aircraft.
