Recently opened in the heart of Nice, Zenirō is a contemporary restaurant inspired by a journey through Japan and the spirit of the French Riviera. The concept reimagines Japanese flavors through local ingredients, celebrating provenance, seasonality, and a deep respect for produce. At the heart of the kitchen lies a charcoal grill, complemented by a refined selection of sushi, sashimi, and tartares that highlight Japanese craftsmanship paired with Provençal freshness.

Using the best locally sourced fish, seafood, and regional vegetables, Head Chef Ricardo Pérez delivers ingredient-led dishes designed for sharing.
Main courses such as Toban de filet de bœuf Angus showcase premium Angus beef grilled to perfection, while Ratatouille Zenirō offers a refined interpretation of the classic Provençal vegetable medley, celebrating the region’s freshest produce.

Desserts such as Baba au limoncello, crème vanille, framboises provide a decadent finish, balancing zesty limoncello, silky vanilla, and vibrant raspberries in perfect harmony.
The interiors and exteriors are designed by Cannes-based architect and designer Samy Chams, renowned for his emotionally resonant, globally inspired spaces. Rich, tactile materials, softly backlit surfaces, and a warm, earthy palette create an intimate, cocooning atmosphere, while low, ambient lighting enhances the space’s quietly sensual mood.
