Thomas Flohr launched Vista Global last September to consolidate the company in the business aviation market. This plan is supported by an additional investment of $ 200 million from the Rhône Group private investment fund. The new entity, to be based in Dubai, will include freight activity from its Malta base. Vista Global’s fleet will provide customers with solutions for point-to-point flight, anywhere and anytime, with guaranteed aircraft availability through a new booking platform, TechX. It will also be made available to other operators who wish to fill empty segments on positioning flights, the famous “Empty Legs”. The “holding company” is also committed to offering, through its subsidiary Vista Lease, the world’s first leasing and financing service for customers wishing to purchase an aircraft. Vista Lease will begin operations in 2019 with the possibility of booking the Global 7500.
