The Australian technology platform streamlining business aviation workflows, has begun integrating elements of Tuvoli’s FlyEasy software into its digital Business Operations System, BOS. With the first integration phase complete, STACK.aero charter broker and charter operator customers seamlessly receive trip requests and inquirer details from the FlyEasy digital booking widget embedded in customer websites. The data is pushed into BOS in real time, allowing users to respond quickly with relevant offers.

In addition to enabling increased revenues if the potential passenger has previously booked flights with the STACK.aero customer, the new information will be added to that customer profile, which enriches customer data further, builds customer behavior trends and ensures relevant future offers can be made directly to the passengers. The FlyEasy platform generates more than 200,000 charter requests each month from customers seeking information about aircraft options and charter pricing.

Further FlyEasy integration, including adding the full FlyEasy marketplace, is in the planning stages. Once implemented, STACK.aero customers will benefit from the ability to source aircraft from more than one marketplace from a single digital platform. This improves efficiency by saving considerable time preparing quotes and delivering offers to passengers.
