Luxaviation UK, is announcing the addition of a fifth Embraer Legacy 600/650 to its managed fleet – the company’s second Legacy 650.
The Embraer Legacy 650 (LX-TRO) will operate from a floating base around Europe and is now available for full charter services with a full-time crew.
George Galanopoulos, Luxaviation UK’s chief executive officer and head of charter sales, Europe, for the Luxaviation Group, says: “With our recent uptick in enquiries and bookings for private travel within Europe, the arrival of the Legacy 650 to our fleet is very welcome, especially following the announcements in play on air bridges to European countries”.
“This summer is already looking a lot more promising as clients confirm and book their travel plans for the school holiday period. We’re seeing an influx of new clients to private aviation, particularly those who have never or rarely used private jets before, attracted by the lowered health risk when flying privately and put off by the limited commercial airline schedules“.
“The Legacy 650 is a highly-desirable long-range jet and has ample room for bigger groups of passengers, along with an impressive luggage capacity compared to other models. We’re expecting to see this aircraft spend the majority of its time in London, Tel Aviv and in the Mediterranean – three popular destinations for our leisure clients. We’re hopeful that July will be a pivotal month for us and the business aviation industry.”
Galanopoulos continues: “As part of the Luxaviation Group, we are in a very special position to be able to offer aircraft owners a choice of a number of European and global AOCs including Luxembourg, the UK, Germany, Switzerland, France, Portugal, San Marino and Malta. With commercial offices worldwide, we are able to maximise the aircraft’s charter sales for our owners who wish to offset some of their costs. Each aircraft is placed with a local entity, ensuring that the owner is not one of many, and that they get the personal service, attention to detail and ‘family business’ approach to aircraft management that they need and value.”
The new Legacy 650 joins Luxaviation UK’s fleet of existing Legacies, Dassault Falcons, Bombardier Challengers, Citation Excels and Embraer Phenoms.
