Austria-headquartered F/LIST, a pioneer in the production and generation of innovative luxury interiors for exclusive business and private jets as well as residences, officially opened its fourth North American operation in Davie, Fort Lauderdale, Florida. The new location, selected to be closer to the company’s growing portfolio of customers in Southern Florida and to further support an expanding customer roster across North America, joins existing F/LIST sites in Denver, CO., Savannah, GA., and Montreal, QC., and becomes the latest addition to a global network of ten locales.
The new facility is made up of two independent properties. The 11,500 sq. ft. state-of-the-art footprint in Davie incorporates a sample selection area displaying its award-winning materials, a design showroom, an upholstery studio, a cabinetry workshop and an advanced paint booth to satisfy specialized varnishing requirements. Supplementing the full-scale facility and just a 30-minute drive away, a secondary 1,700 sq. ft workshop is situated at Fort Lauderdale Executive Airport, streamlining customer services and improving delivery efficiencies to clients at the airport.
F/LIST Ft. Lauderdale reflects the company’s commitment to high production standards and quality customer service, delivering a comprehensive suite of services. For private aviation clients, this ranges from minor cosmetic on-wing repairs of leather, veneer, and cabin refurbishments to complete interior cabin design. For owners and managers of luxury residences, boutique hotels and exclusive interior spaces, the F/LIST global business creates individually crafted pieces that extend from custom-made pieces of furniture to complete interior renovation.
Managing Director Stefan Rust is initially leading a team of 13, including a dedicated in-house designer, a team of expert artisans, and a commercial unit. In the first quarter of 2024, it is anticipated the workforce will double to strengthen support for the needs of new and existing customers.
