Enterprise Airlines, the sole full-service FBO at Oshawa Executive Airport (CYOO) and part of the Enterprise Aviation Group, has successfully completed a major runway improvement project, enhancing operational safety, noise mitigation, and overall air traffic efficiency in the region.

The Runway Safety and Noise Improvement Project has resulted in a redesigned main runway that shifts aircraft noise farther away from surrounding communities while also providing improved safety margins for flight operations.

With up to 5,200 feet of operational runway length, Oshawa Executive Airport’s primary runway now meets common requirements for corporate and private aviation, strengthening CYOO’s ability to serve travelers to the City of Oshawa, Southern Ontario, the Region of Durham, and the Greater Toronto Area.

In parallel with the runway works, the airport’s fuel farm has been upgraded. Enterprise Airlines has also expanded its own infrastructure with 37,000 square feet of new hangar space, supporting both long-term based aircraft and transient winter operations. Fueling services continue to be delivered using state-of-the-art Avfuel refueler trucks.

As a full-service FBO, Enterprise Airlines caters to both business and leisure travelers, offering 24-hour reception, Canadian Customs clearance, a comfortable pilot lounge and passenger lobby, a fully equipped boardroom for up to 10 guests, and complimentary crew cars. Comprehensive ground support, on-site maintenance, and avionics services further ensure a seamless experience with every flight.
