From April 1 to 6, 2025, AURA AERO (EU) will showcase its latest innovations at the Sun ‘n Fun Aerospace Expo in Lakeland, Florida. For the first time, the European manufacturer will introduce the American public to its INTEGRAL R, a two-seater training aircraft with aerobatic capabilities.

The United States represents the world’s largest flight training market, with nearly 600 FAA-approved flight schools, over 75,000 pilots, and a growing demand for modern, cost-effective training aircraft with aerobatic performance. With FAA certification in progress, the INTEGRAL family offers an advanced and efficient solution for both traditional and electric flight training.

Jérémy Caussade, AURA AERO’s president and co-founder, along with his team, will present the company’s latest-generation, side-by-side two-seater aircraft, designed for training, leisure, and aerobatics. The INTEGRAL R received certification from the European Union Aviation Safety Agency (EASA) last December, with European deliveries beginning in March. FAA certification is anticipated by the end of 2025.

The INTEGRAL aircraft family consists of three models:

  • INTEGRAL R – Designed for aerobatics: tailwheel configuration, thermal SEP engine, EASA-certified, with FAA certification expected by late 2025. European deliveries start in March 2025.
  • INTEGRAL S – Tailored for training and leisure: nosewheel configuration, thermal SEP engine, with EASA certification and initial deliveries expected in the second half of 2025.
  • INTEGRAL E – The fully electric variant of the R and S models, currently undergoing flight testing, with certification targeted for 2026.

To strengthen its presence in the U.S., AURA AERO is expanding operations with the opening of a dedicated hangar at Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University’s Research Park in Florida this summer. This facility will support the assembly, delivery, and customer service of INTEGRAL aircraft for the U.S. market, as part of a partnership with the world’s leading aeronautical university.
