For the first time on the Côte d’Azur, Umut Özkanca unveils Rüya, the new restaurant at the Carlton Cannes, already open in Dubai and London. From the Mediterranean to the Black Sea, in a festive ambiance straight from the Orient, Rüya proposes Anatolian cuisine, updated and revisited. Its menu presents a wide selection of dishes to share and an array of desserts blending flavor and mellowness. A traditional bread oven proposes on-the-spot baking allowing for sharing, a warm moment with family or friends, accompanied by a daily DJ set. 

In decor giving precedence to noble materials such as brass and marble, the subdued and elegant colors of the seating are revealed in the soft glow of the large, central ceiling light. Culinary creations blend land, sea and spices. With seasonal dishes, Rüya, meaning “Dream” in Turkish, is the promise of a gustatory voyage with a Mediterranean accent.
