AerAware, the enhanced flight vision system (EFVS) developed by AerSale Corporation, has received validation from Transport Canada Civil Aviation (TCCA)—a significant milestone in the company’s international expansion and its mission to deliver next-generation safety solutions to Canadian operators.

AerAware is the first EFVS to integrate a wearable head-up display (HUD) with advanced infrared and synthetic vision technologies. This groundbreaking system enables pilots to see through darkness, haze, smoke, and other low-visibility conditions, improving situational awareness and operational safety.

AerAware represents a new era of aviation technology, one where advanced vision systems become standard equipment for operators worldwide,” said Nicolas Finazzo, CEO of AerSale Corporation.

The TCCA validation allows for installation on Canadian-registered aircraft, significantly broadening AerAware’s operational footprint and paving the way for further international certifications.
