RoyalJet, the Abu Dhabi-based premium private jet operator, has named H.E. Mohammed Bin Mahfoodh Alardhi as the new Chairman of its Board of Directors.
A seasoned business leader, Alardhi is also Executive Chairman of Investcorp, where he oversaw the firm’s growth from US$10 billion to US$60 billion in AUM over the past six years. He further chairs the Muscat Stock Exchange and the College of Banking and Financial Studies in Muscat.
Before his corporate career, Alardhi served as the youngest and longest-serving Chief of the Oman Air Force, retiring as Air Vice Marshall and receiving the prestigious Order of Oman in 2000. He is a graduate of the Royal Air Force Military Academy (Cranwell, UK), the Royal Air Force Staff College (Bracknell, UK), and the National Defence University (Washington, D.C.), and holds a Master’s in Public Administration from Harvard’s Kennedy School.
Other RoyalJet board members include H.E. Hisham Khalid Towfiq Abdulkhaliq Malak, H.E. Sameera Murshed Al Romaithi, Ahmed Mohamed Darweesh Binkaram Al Qubaisi, and Mohamed Saeed Al Remeithi.
