Since its maiden flight on 3 December 2024, INTEGRAL E, AURA AERO‘s all-electric two-seater with aerobatic capabilities, has been performing test flights as part of its certification campaign, and has already completed 15 flights. Four months after its very first takeoff, INTEGRAL E has successfully completed its first backflip flight, confirming the aircraft’s performance and reliability in this key aerobatic maneuver and marking another step towards its certification, expected by the end of next year.

Quiet and environmentally friendly, thanks to its Safran ENGINeUS engine – the world’s first certified electric aircraft engine – INTEGRAL E paves the way for the decarbonization of light aviation.

When it enters service, INTEGRAL E will have a flight endurance of over an hour and a supercharging capacity of 30 minutes. Its unrivalled performance will also halve the cost per flight hour compared with a thermal aircraft in its class. Available in R (training, aerobatics classic landing gear) and S (training, UPRT – tricycle landing gear) versions, it will also be available as a glider tug, helping to further reduce the environmental and noise footprint of this activity.

The INTEGRAL range is a family of two-seater side-by-side training aircraft with aerobatic capabilities, suitable for both civil and military use, and available with either thermal engine (Lycoming) or electric motor (Safran ENGINEUS).
