After the rollout of INAIRVATION’s first successful Smart Cabin Upgrade project on a Bombardier Global Express in March, the company presents a mockup of this innovative retrofit concept for Gulfstream G450 and 550 jets on its joint booth with Lufthansa Technik. INAIRVATION’s Smart Cabin Upgrades consist of pre-engineered retrofit packages to replace factory-installed CMS (Cabin Management Systems) no longer in production. These innovative packages include the Lufthansa Technik « nice HD » CMS, new ergonomic sideledges with sliding armrests and many slots for external devices. The cabin can be enhanced with Illuminated Wood Flooring, elegant and modern lighting by SCHOTT and, above all, INAIRVATION’s ground-breaking seating solution CHAIR. This custom-fit modular solution combines a new, fresh cabin look designed by Design Q with an advanced CMS and many smoothly integrated amenities such as illuminated cup holders and touch screen monitors. All smart Cabin Upgrades are pre-engineered, for swift manufacturing and installation during major aircraft overhauls without lengthening downtime.
