Dassault Aviation has approved Aero-Dienst’s Vienna, Austria facility as an Authorized Service Center (ASC), allowing it to perform line maintenance, AOG support and other services for Falcon 900EX, 900EX EASy, Falcon 2000EX and 2000EX EASy models. Approval for the Falcon 7X and 8X is coming soon. Located at Vienna International Airport, the 5,500 square-foot facility is equipped to provide line maintenance services for both local and transient operators. It is ISO 9001:2008 Quality Management System certified, has EASA Part 145 and FAA Part 145 approval, and also holds certificates from many other National Airworthiness Authorities, including those in Bermuda, Canada, Cayman Islands, Nigeria, Russia-CIS, Turkey and Ukraine. Along with maintenance services, the Vienna operation offers 24/7 AOG (Aircraft On Ground) support, including GoTeam dispatch, along with appropriate tooling and equipment. It can also handle repair and overhaul, retrofits, modifications and upgrades. “As one of Europe’s most experienced and respected aviation service providers, Aero-Dienst can guarantee the first-rate quality of product support our Falcon customers have come to expect,” said Jacques Chauvet, Senior Vice President, Worldwide Customer Service. “And the facility’s central location at Vienna Airport – one of the 20 busiest in Europe – brings us closer to operators in Central Europe and Russia, who form one of our fastest growing customer bases.” The Vienna facility is the 51st service center in Dassault’s global Falcon support network. Aero-Dienst also supplies heavy maintenance for the Falcon line from its Nuremberg, Germany home base.
