Bertrand d’YVOIRE, Head of the Compagnie Aérienne de Dassault Falcon Service, has been elected President of EBAA France (European Business Aviation Association – France). He will thus ensure the good conduct of the association for the next 3 years.

He succeeds Dannys FAMIN, who was commended by all members for his work throughout his 6-year term. Following the general meeting held on 26 April, the Board of Directors met on 23 May to elect the new members of the Bureau.

In addition to the appointment of the President, the new Bureau is composed of :

-Dannys FAMIN (CEO of Fobyc), as Vice Chairman

-Charles AGUETTANT (CEO of Griffon Aero), as Vice-President and Treasurer

-Bruno MAZURKIEWICZ (Director of Le Bourget Airport) as Secretary

 

In parallel with the promotion of Business Aviation at the hexagonal and European level, with the support of the European association EBAA whose head office is in Brussels, the new office aims to continue to carry out the various action plans and strengthen its action in particular:

 

-Managing the impact of Brexit on French players in correlation with the European authorities,

-Finalization of the FTL (Flight Time Limitation) file specific to business aviation with the competent authorities (EASA),

-Support for French airports in all regions and measures to re-establish a number of PPFs (border crossing points), which have been abolished and weaken the economic attractiveness of the hubs and regions they serve,

-The development of the number of members within EBAA France, particularly small commercial and private operators, insufficiently represented,

-Defending and promoting the French flag of airlines at the French, European and international levels.
