The aircraft sales division of the German carrier FAI Aviation Group, a specialist in general aviation and air ambulance, has announced the sale of two Learjet 60 aircraft from its inventory. The serial numbers 161 and 203 were sold to German companies. Both aircraft will continue to operate on FAI’s AOC under management contracts. The aircraft will be available for VIP charter from the German cities of Berlin and Leipzig. The serial number 161 was delivered to its new owner in March and is immediately available for charter. The 203 serial number, also available, was delivered at the end of April, after a complete renovation, including a new livery and a new interior. The work was undertaken by FAI’s MRO division, FAI Technik. This latest project follows FAI Technik’s successful completion of a Bombardier Challenger 604 refurbishment project in December 2017. With a total of eleven Learjet 60s in service, FAI continues to be Learjet 60’s largest operator of Bombardier worldwide.
