The event takes place during Web Summit Rio 2025, between April 27 and 30, at Riocentro, Rio de Janeiro.

To participate, startups must fill out an application form by March 28 and meet the selection criteria of both the Web Summit and Embraer. After a preliminary selection, calls to participate in the Marathon will be sent by e-mail April 9.

The online registration form and the Startup Marathon rules will be available on https://www.embraer.com/global/en/marathon-2025. “We invite all the startups that will be taking part in the Web Summit to sign up for our Marathon and visit our stand during the event so that we can identify opportunities to cooperate,” says Garnica.
