DC Aviation G-OPS presented its newly designed FBO with VIP passenger lounge at Nice Airport during an opening ceremony on May 7th, 2024.
As part of the opening ceremony, 80 invited guests experienced the newly designed 300 square meter FBO, which offers a passenger lounge and a crew lounge. After the takeover of the FBO by DC Aviation G-OPS in January 2023, the infrastructure was optimized and modernized without interrupting operations. DC Aviation G-OPS worked with the architecture firm Hollin + Radoske, which also designed the DC Aviation Group lounge at the Munich site. In addition to maximum quality, comfort, and discretion for passengers, the lounge also provides the best possible relaxation for crews and wellbeing for employees. The installation of a wooden acoustic wall provides the highest level of sound insulation. With its timeless design, the new lounge reflects the style of the DC Aviation Group and embodies G-OPS’ urge for excellence. Large windows letting in natural light, the use of high quality materials and furnishings offer passengers a quiet and peaceful lounge in which to relax. The FBO is equipped with its own sanitary facilities, a unique feature in the Business Aviation Terminal at Nice Airport, ensuring an all-round first-class customer experience.
