Expanding its time-critical logistics portfolio, Chapman Freeborn OBC is launching Next Flight Out (NFO), a new premium service designed to complement its established on-board courier expertise and provide clients with greater flexibility for urgent international shipments.

Positioned between hand-carry and full charter solutions, NFO helps close the gap for shipments that require speed, reliability, and operational flexibility, while also taking shipment size, cost, and specific logistics needs into account.

The new service features 15-minute quoting and departures no later than 24 hours after pickup. NFO flights will offer round-the-clock operations, proactive tracking, and flexible solutions for shipments of different sizes. In addition, Chapman Freeborn OBC will provide clients with end-to-end support, including first and last mile, customs, security screening and palletization.

Managed exclusively by Chapman Freeborn OBC to ensure service quality and operational control, the service is set to strengthen the company’s global time-critical offering and market positioning, while also enabling new revenue streams through potential hybrid solutions in the future.

“With NFO, we are closing the gap between hand-carry and charter services, giving our clients a reliable, flexible, and fast solution for their most time-critical shipments. Backed by our global network and 24/7 operational control, this new service expands our ability to support industries where speed and precision are essential,” said Eyuel Habte, Product Development Manager for NFO at Chapman Freeborn OBC.

Aimed primarily at time-sensitive industries, NFO will provide clients with faster deliveries at optimized cost, without compromising on service quality. Clients will also benefit from having a single point of contact, fully integrated support, and an opportunity to enhance the resilience of their supply chains.
