Since launching its new Part 145 Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul (MRO) capability, JCB Aero has successfully completed more than 20 maintenance projects, all while continuing its established production of airline equipment. With Airbus A320 series approval already secured, the company now looks forward to obtaining Boeing B737 series approval by the end of the year.

During this first year of MRO operations, JCB Aero has handled a diverse range of projects — from cabin modifications to line and base maintenance tasks.

“The ramp up on the aircraft and cabin maintenance has been a huge success. Thanks to the shared experiences within the AMAC group, JCB Aero can deliver high-end services, on time and within quality expectations, to the satisfaction of our customers. Some of them have already come back. The customers also enjoy the hospitality of Auch and for the moment, we still have some available slots,”
Frédéric Dezauzier, Chief Operating Officer, JCB Aero

These achievements mark an important milestone in JCB Aero’s strategic development and align with the AMAC Aerospace Group’s vision to enhance collaboration and flexibility across its facilities. With new approvals and additional projects underway, JCB Aero is poised for continued growth in both the airline and VIP sectors.

Meanwhile, the company remains active in its high-end cabin design and production, including first-class airline cabins and customized helicopter interiors.
